12-year-old studying in 7th D standard in MCCHS,

has made great achievements in the past few years in chess. He started playing chess when he was 5 years old and won many local chess tournaments. In 2022, he won fifth rank in the Maharashtra state under-13 chess Championship in Nagpur. In the same year, he finished fifth and won a cash prize in the under-11 National chess Championship held in Gurugram, Haryana.

For his national achievements, he was felicitated by Mananiy Shree Sudhirbhau Mungantiwar. In 2023, he stood fifth in the State Inter-school Chess tournament held in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. Recently, Nihaan won the first rank in the district-level Chess Championship, playing in the open category of Shri Mata Mahakali Krida Mahotsav organized by Mananiy Shri Kishorbhau Jorgewar.

Recently, Nihaan received the Chandrapur Gaurav Ratna Award 2023 organized by Shri. Rajesh Naidu Parthshar Samachar and was felicitated by Mananiy. Shri. Hansraj Ahir.
